Happy Monday!!!

Happy Leap Year too!!!

In honor of this day,
which only comes around
every 4 years,
BBTB2 has dedicated this week's

Leaping or Jumping :)

I decided to use this adorable little girl
Jump Roping from the Playtime cartridge.

My papers were all from my scrap stash.
The sentiment is from American Crafts.

I used PKS Princess Faces and
Glitter Dots from Michael's.

I hope you will join us over at BBTB2

Cut It Up - Leap Year!

Happy Friday!

Welcome to another challenge over at Cut It Up!

Cut It Up

Today our theme is centered around
LEAP YEAR!!!
Be sure to include a frog on your project :)

Sponsored by:
Prize: 7 Free Images

My Project:
With Bugaboo Stamps being the sponsor,
they let us pick one of their awesome
Frog Images to use for our projects.

I LOVE this image!

I used my Bic Mark-It's to color the image.

I used a Spellbinders Nestabilities Die Cut to cut out the image
with a fun border and shadowed it with some pink cardstock.
I just rounded those corners with my Hobby Lobby corner punch.

My papers all came from my scrap stash
and I just kind of pieced the layout together.

The glitter dots came from Michael's.

I think this is a pretty cute card :)

I hope you will join us for our challenge!

Thanks for checkin' in!!!

Decorate To Celebrate! Valentine's Style

Happy Wednesday!!!

Welcome to another Anything Goes Challenge

I know, I know, Valentine's is over,
but I had to share a fun treat box I made...

This Scepter Box is found
on the Life's A Party Cartridge.

I cut it at 9 1/4".
The heart design paper is from American Crafts.
I just used some craft, pink, and white card stock
for the mat.

I filled it up with some chocolate covered raisins
tied the top together with some fun ribbon,
and WHALA...
a perfect Valentine's to give to a special someone!

Thanks for checkin' in!!!

BBTB2 - National Gum Drop Day!

Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a "Lovely" Valentine's Day!

Today over at BBTB2, I am hosting this week's challenge :)

I decided to look up what the "National Day" was for today
and it is National Gum Drop Day - LOVE it!

So I decided we should all use candy on our projects.
I kind of like candy ;)

I used Something to Celebrate for these 3 pieces of candy.

All my paper was from my scrap stash -
I am really trying to use my scraps
there are SO MANY!!!

My sentiment is combined from two Fiskars sets.

The layout for my card is from Mary over at CardzTV.
I love her and her ideas, she's amazing!

I hope you will join us over at BBTB2
for this week's challenge!

Thanks for checkin' in!!!

BBTB2 - Valentine Hearts

Happy Monday!

I absolutely CANNOT believe that Valentine's Day
is this week!

Friday, I am helping in my son's 1st grade class
for the party, I swear the Christmas party was just yesterday!

Anyway, over at BBTB2 our challenge is centered
around Valentine's Hearts :)

I am going to be making some YUMMY Sugar Cookies
this week for my co-workers and I have a plan to
package them super cute and these will be the tags :)

I used Art Philosophy for the tag and the heart.
My pink chevron paper is from Echo Park
and the glitter paper is from
The Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby).

I did use some foam tape to pop up the heart.

The sentiment, which I LOVE, is from a Fiskars set.
The twine is from We R Memory Keepers.

Thanks for checkin' in!!!

Cupid Strikes Again!!!

Welcome to this co-hop with Die Cuttin’ Divas and Cut It Up!!!
We are so glad that you are joining us today
and super excited to share our inspiration with you.

We will have a line-up of DT members from both teams
sharing Valentine projects and we are hoping you enjoy them all.
Our teams even had to play cupid
and send their project to a fellow team member as a surprise.
How is that for sharing the love?!?!

How about some prizes?
Craftin' Desert Divas ~ 2 digi stamps of choice
KaDoodle Bug Designs ~ 2 $5.00 certificates
As Cute as a Button ~ Buttons
Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon ~ $15 gift certificate

Cupid’s Rules…
1. Make sure you are a follower on each stop along this hop.
2. Leave a comment on each project and you will be entered
to win one of the prizes.

Prize winners will be announced on Valentine's Day, February 14th.

Here is what I came up with:

I created my project for Esther on the Die Cuttin' Divas team.

For my project I started with a base out of some
craft cardstock cut at a standard A2 size.
All of my decorative paper is from My Mind's Eye -
LOVE their paper!!!

My layout is just layering different papers every which way :)
I used some flat back pearls from Recollections
and my Ric-Rac Ribbon is from American Crafts.

The hearts are cut from Doodlecharms using the border feature,
and I just cut them out of some light pink cardstock.
My sentiment is from a Fiskar's Holiday Set
and I used Momento Rich Cocoa for the ink.

For the inside I used some more My Mind's Eye paper.
I used Elegant Edges to cut the scallop border at the bottom.
The heart was just in my scrap stash,
so I can't remember which cartridge it came from.
The sentiment is also from Fiskar's.

Thanks for checkin in!!!

Your next stop is my "Secret Sister" Esther,
I sure hope she liked my card :)

If you get lost along the way, here is the line-up....

Thanks for spreading the love!

Decorate To Celebrate - You're Invited!

Happy Wednesday!

Welcome to another Anything Goes Challenge

My awesome sister asked me to help make some
Bridal Shower Invites for her co-worker
and this is what I came up with....

I used Everyday Pop-Up Cards for the dress,
Divine Swirls for the embossing, and Sweethearts
for the sentiment tag.

The background paper was from Hobby Lobby.

The Bride-To-Be loved how they turned out,
which makes me so happy :)

Happy Monday!
AND Happy February!!!

Hope you all had a great weekend!

Today over at BBTB2, a new challenge has started:
Ice Cream!

Did you know that it was National Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day?
Me neither, but I think it's a fabulous idea,
where is my Ben & Jerry's?

For my project, I used Something to Celebrate.
I basically followed the sample in the handbook.

All my papers were from my scrap stash,
I am really trying to be better at using them,
I have a bazillion :)

I used Enamel Dots from Recollections
and the sentiment is from Fiskars.

I hope you will join us over at BBTB2 this week.

Thanks for checkin' in!!!
