Cut It Up! Breast Cancer Awareness - Think Pink

Happy Friday!!!

Well, I have now officially posted on all three of my teams
after my little "hiatus".

Cut It Up

The new challenge over at Cut It Up
is all about Breast Cancer Awareness.

We were lucky enough to have some digital images
from our sponsor
to use for our projects.

The Prize for this Challenge will
be a $5 Store Credit!!!

My Project:
I chose to use the ribbon image from our sponsor,
I love the simplicity of this one!
It's direct and to the point too :)

I used my Bic Mark It's to color the ribbon
and used some glitter glue to fill in the letters in
"Fight Back".
(Although you can't really tell in the pic)

My papers are from Recollections and the
Flowers, Pearls and Rhinestones were just in my stash.

I hope you will join us over at Cut It Up this week.

Thanks for checkin' in!!!

Decorate To Celebrate - Happy Halloween

Happy Wednesday!!!

It's my first post back from "the summer break"
over at

I really love being a part of this Design Team,
it helps me get out of my card making routine
and gets me to think of other fun projects to make.

So for my project, I decided to use a Flocking Kit from
My Mind's Eye.

Did I miss the craze when this was the thing to do?
I was fortunate enough to have gained a bunch of new
items in my crafting supplies/stash and this was one of them.

Anyway, I took a small tile that I picked up at Home Depot
and flocked it with some fun Halloween images.
It was super easy and NO MESS!!!

Added some ribbon to top it off,
and now it is my first Halloween Decoration in
my new house :)

I hope you will show off some of your fun
decorations over at Decorate To Celebrate!

Thanks for checkin' in!!!

BBTB2 - Happy Days - Retro Style

Happy Monday!!!

Well, I have made some progress in my craft room,
but still have a ways to go.
I at least have my desk set up and all my
carts and paper are pretty accessible - YAY!

Over at BBTB2 this week, I had the privilge of
choosing the challenge theme and I chose...
RETRO!!!

But seriously folks, let's keep it to the 50's, 60's, and 70's.
The 80's can't possibly be considered retro,
I can't be that old :{

I used my Nifty Fifties cart for this awesomely RETRO TV!
LOVE IT!!!

My layout is from Mojo Monday's challenge a few weeks ago,
but I wanted to use it for this card.

My paper is from Recollections
and my sentiment is from
CardzTV's Happy Days Stamp Set.

Such a fun card :)

I hope you will join us over at BBTB2 this week.

Thanks for checkin' in!!!

BBTB2 - Apple for the Teacher

Happy Monday!

I seriously need to get my craft room set up ;)

This week over at BBTB2
Caroline has chosen an Apple theme
for our cards or projects.

I decided to make a teacher appreciation card.

The apple is from Doodlecharms and my b/g paper is all
from DCWV "School Days".

The sentiment is from Craftin' Desert Divas.

I hope you will join us this week over at BBTB2.

Thanks for checkin' in!!!

BBTB2 - Whoopee!

I'm BAAAAAAAAACK!!!!

Can you believe it?!?!
It's been a LONG summer while waiting
for our new house to be built,
but we are in!!!!

My Craft Room is still 98% boxed up,
but I managed to pull something together for the new
challenge over at BBTB2!
Cute Monsters

I used Bump in the Night to cut out this super
Cute Monster.
My pattern papers are all from Recollection's (Michael's)
My sentiment is from Studio G.

It was a super quick and easy card to put together.

I hope you will join us over at BBTB2 this week!
