Dog Days of Summer

Happy Monday and welcome to another Monday challenge!

Challenge #219 Day at the Beach

This Weeks Sponsor
$50.00 Gift Certificate
~This Weeks Challenge~
Day at the Beach
Create a project related to the beach

To qualify for the prize,
be sure to use at least 1 Cricut cut on your project
and if it's not obvious, let us know what cartridge you used.

And over at BBTB2
Bitten by the Bug 2
Sharon has chosen a super fun theme of
Dogs Day of Summer
just use a dog on your cards, layouts, or projects.

This is what I came up with by combining both challenges...

I used Create A Critter for all my cuts.
The glitter paper is from The Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby),
the water paper is from ColorBok (Wal-Mart),
and the sky paper is from American Crafts (purchased at Michael's)

I used my wave scissors to cut the top of the "sand".

The sentiment comes from Craftin' Desert Divas
Destination Fun stamp set.

I hope that you will join us for these fun challenges this week!

I am also going to be entering this into Exploring Cricut
for the Anything Goes challenge,
the monthly challenge over at DL.Art

Thanks for checkin' in!!!

  13. Enjoying your card, brings back memories. We were little and took the dog to the beach and my dad would toss the dog in the water as it would not go in for anything.
