Happy Monday!!!
October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month
so this week over at BBTB2 we have a challenge
focused on this important topic.
Use a bra or woman on your projects.
Cancer Sucks!
It doesn't matter what kind it is, it sucks!
So get screened, ladies!
A mammogram isn't that big of a deal,
I have had one myself and it is too important not to.
So anyway, for my project I decided to use the
bra from Forever Young - it' so frilly and pretty :)
I really like blacks and pinks combined.
My papers are from Heidi Swapp
and American Crafts.
The sentiment is from My Craft Spot "Get Well Soon".
The jewels are from Darice (JoAnn's).
I hope you will join us over at BBTB2!
Thanks for checkin' in!!!
The bg paper with the black and white stripes really sets off the bra image. This bra is so pretty and the rest of your papers are too! The sentiment makes me smile!
ReplyDeleteAwesome card Emily!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThis card is great, but as a woman of my age range, hang in there is all too real of a sentiment! LOL. Great job, love your papers.

I agree that the black and white really sets off the pink cuts! It's a beautiful card with the perfect sentiment!
ReplyDeleteenjoying your card - the background paper is perfect. I send out breast cancer cards too, just to say 'thanks for the courage and strength" the person has to get over the difficult time in their life.
ReplyDeletemaureen
