I pulled out Create A Critter 2 for this one :)

There are the cutest holiday cuts on this cart!

I decided on the little Skeleton Bear.

The tag is from Small Talk Frames and Tags.

The thought bubble is from George.

The sentiment is from Craftin' Desert Divas.

I used some black and white twine from American Crafts.

The chevron paper is from the Paper Studio

as well as the orange glitter paper.
