My Project:

Thank goodness it's Friday, right?!?!
Today over at Cut It Up we have a new challenge
starting all about Easter.
Can you believe it is only a few weeks away?
I love Easter and the family traditions that come with it, like coloring eggs and having a huge egg hunt with all the kids, making Deviled Eggs and Potato Salad once they have all been found - YUM!
What are some of your favorite traditions?

Well, for my card, I pulled out one of my favorite holiday cartridges - Celebrate with Flourish - and created this pretty little card.  All my pattern paper is from Authentique, my flowers are from Michael's and my sentiment is from CardzTV "Happy Days" stamp set.

I have a video for you too!

I followed the sketch from Die Cuttin' Divas this week and am linking this up over there.

Thanks for checkin' in!!!

Decorate To Celebrate - Easter Baskets

Happy Wednesday!!!
I hope you all survived April Fool's Day yesterday :)

Today over at Decorate To Celebrate we want to see
Easter Baskets!!!

Yup, Easter is just around the corner and it's time to start thinking of all the fun baskets you can create!
My favorite thing about Easter Baskets is what's IN the basket :)

CAVITIES!!!

Just kidding!
But I LOVE Cadbury Mini Eggs and this year I discovered
DARK CHOCOLATE Mini Eggs
Oh Boy!!! Delicious!!!

Anyway, for my little basket I decided to make the same type of basket I did for St. Patrick's Day.
I used Tags, Bags, Boxes and More and cut the Nut Cup at 5 1/4" out of some purple card stock, then I cut the same cut at 5" out of some fun pattern paper from SEI.  I cut that into the different side sections and used my ATG to adhere them together.  I cut the cute chick from Create A Critter 2 at 2" along with the grass.  The pink bunny ears are out of some glitter paper so it adds to the cuteness, you just can't get the full effect in the pics :)  I used ribbon from American Crafts for the handle.  The sentiment was from Hobby Lobby and I used Elegant Edges to cut out the scalloped mat to stamp.  I attached the sentiment onto a craft/Popsicle stick and stood it up in the plastic grass.

Now all that's left is to fill it up with candy!!!

I hope that you will join us for this challenge,
and remember, you can always link up Birthday projects too!

I am going to link this up over at Pause Dream Enjoy for the 3-D challenge and DLArt April Linky Party.

Thanks for checkin' in!

Happy Saturday!
Today over at HIMCR we have a Freestyle challenge for you!
I have another baby card to show you using DCWV Nana's Kids stack and some AMAZING Suede Paper from The Paper Temptress (our sponsor)!  You can't tell in the photo, but the booties are cut out of the suede paper and they feel real on this card - SO SOFT!  I've never worked with paper like this, and it cut beautifully in the Cricut! The booties come from New Arrival and I used George for the circles.  My buttons are from Recollections and my ribbon is from American Crafts.  Hopefully, you will join us for this week's challenge!

Craftin' Desert Divas - Making A Splash

Hey All!
Today over at Craftin' Desert Divas I am showcasing one of the AMAZING stamps from the
Summer Lovin' set - "Making A Splash"
I absolutely LOVE all the stamps in this set and have had such a blast working with them!
If you NEED this stamp set, you can order it HERE!

Isn't this the funnest stamp?!?! LOVE that font!!!

My card was so super easy to put together too! I cut the cute little whale from Create A Critter and put him on an Action Wobble.  The water paper (LOVE) is Colorbok (Wal-Mart) and the polka dot paper is Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby).  The twine is from We R Memory Keepers and I used Memento Tuxedo Black Ink for the sentiment - it stamped perfectly!

Just Arrived...

My son's preschool teacher just had a baby and I wanted to make her a card for my son to give her.  I followed the sketch from Mojo Monday. I used Everyday Pop Up Cards Cartridge for the onesie and DCWV Nana's Kids mat stack for the paper.  I embossed the onesie with Swiss Dots and popped it up on some foam tape.  My twine is from We R Memory Keepers.  I really like how this turned out!

I am also going to be entering this into CardzTV and Cuttin' and Stampin'.

BBTB2 - Flower Challenge

Bitten by the Bug 2

Happy Monday!!!

Welcome to another challenge over at BBTB2!!! This week we want to see Flowers! There are so many Cricut Carts that feature flowers, this one might be a challenge to narrow it down to which one to use :)

For my project, I used the flower/flower pot from Everyday Pop Up Cards. I recently purchased this cartridge when JoAnn's was having their 19.99 sale. It has some amazing cuts on it, but I don't know if I will ever use the pop up feature - we'll have to at least try it out, right?

My paper comes from Heidi Grace and my ribbon is from American Crafts.  The sentiment is from a Fiskars mini set.  I love the bright fun colors of this card and it has made me long for Spring even more :)

I hope that you will join us this week over at BBTB2 for our Flower Challenge!

I am also going to link this up over at Exploring Cricut, Little Scrap Pieces, and My Craft Spot.

Thanks for checkin' in!!!
