Craftin' Desert Divas - Picture That "Love it"

Hey!

Today, I was lucky enough to showcase one
of the funnest stamps from the new
"Picture That" stamp set over at Craftin' Desert Divas!

Picture That
You can purchase the set HERE.

I absolutely "love it" :)

Tara has done it again with this set - it is fabulous!
There are so many ways you can use these stamps -
cards, scrapbook layouts, mini albums, really, any project!!!

Here is the card I created:

The cupcake comes from Create A Critter and
I used one of the Princess faces from PKS.
I have the cupcake on an Action Wobble too - for extra cuteness!!!
I inked the edges of my cupcake with some ColorBox Chalk Ink
and embossed the cupcake holder with
the Quartrefoil folder from Hobby Lobby.
My paper and ribbon is from American Crafts
and I used enamel dots from Michael's -
I am seriously obsessed with these!!!

I LOVE the cursive writing this stamp is in
and that heart and arrow are PERFECT!!!

Thanks for checkin' in!!!

We want to see cards, layouts, decor projects, treat bags, whatever you have put together for this holiday! I have put together a card with the fun turkey from Create A Critter. Stuck him on an Action Wobble so he could "gobble til he wobbles". This was a fun card to put together, I followed the sketch from Mojo Monday and will be linking this up over there, as well as Little Scrap Pieces and The Scrapbooking Queen's Royal Challenge. I hope you will take the time to watch my video to see all the details of how this card came together and I hope you will link up your projects over at HIMCR! Thanks for checking in!!!

Challenge #121
Use A Critter
We want to see your projects crawling with critters!!!

Up For Grabs:
Cricut Lite Wildlife Cart

My Project:
Cricut, Create-A-Critter 2, Action Wobbles, Christmas Card

For my project, I decided to make a Christmas card using the cutest little critter from Create-A-Critter 2 - the little Christmas Mouse.  I, in NO WAY, think mice are cute, but this little guy was too cute to pass up!  I also wanted to use my new Christmas paper pad from Doodlebug Design "Home for the Holidays" - LOVE LOVE LOVE this paper!!! I bought it from Theresa the Scrapbooking Queen at her Royal Castle Shoppe on Facebook.  I also bought the Action Wobbles from her, and what makes this critter even cuter is that he is on one of these FABULOUS gadgets.  My sketch comes from Mojo Monday and I will be entering this in over there too.  AND I was just introduced to another challenge blog Chocolate, Coffee, and Cards, they have a critter challenge going on too, so this will be linked up over there as well.  I have a video to show you how this card all came together.  I hope you are able to join us this week over at HIMCR for our fun challenge and can't wait to see what you come up with!!!  Thanks for checking in!!!

FCCB Challenge #182 - Black and Purple

Cricut, Create-A-Critter 2, Action Wobble, Halloween Card
Are you ready for Halloween? Well over at FCCB this week we are hoping to help you by inspiring you to create a project featuring the colors Black and Purple!  I have created this fun and simple card by using the adorable spider from Create-A-Critter 2 and putting him on an Action Wobble.  I ran the witch's hat through Swiss Dots and cut a shadow for some extra dimension.  My sentiment is from a $1 stamp set from Studio G and I popped it up on some foam tape.  I did cut around the sentiment with my Paper Studio "Victorian" scissors, and both my spider web paper and dotted ribbon are also from Paper Studio.  Super easy to put together!  I am also going to link this up over at An Inky Situation "Dress Up" challenge.  Please join us this week over at FCCB and show off your fun projects using Black and Purple!

Woot! Woot!

So, I'm excited about this card that I made for my SIL! I was following a couple of challenges, but it ended up being the perfect card for her! LOVE when that happens!!!  Anyway, Paper Playtime and An Inky Situation issued challenges to use Red, Blue, and Yellow and to use an Owl, respectively. So I started going through my cartridges and realized that I had never used the owls from the Paisley cartridge before and they are super cute! I basically followed the colors from the handbook to create my owl, check out my video for all the details! My patterned paper comes from Doodlebug Designs "Happy Harvest" and I even have the owl on an Action Wobble! So FUN!!!  Can't wait to give this to her, but it will have to wait until the news is no longer a "secret" (my mom is no good at keeping them).  Here are the pics of how the card turned out...

Autumn

Cricut, Autumn Card, Create-A-Critter, Action Wobbles,

I was so excited to put this card together, for a couple reasons.  I was able to use some new paper that I LOVE and I used an Action Wobble for the FIRST TIME EVER! How much fun are they?!?!? I ordered some amazing paper (Doodlebug Happy Harvest) from The Scrapbooking Queen over at Facebook and when my order came, there were two Action Wobbles! I was so surprised and so excited to be able to finally use one and see what all the fuss was about, and I am now addicted to them and will be ordering some soon.  My card came together by following the sketch from An Inky Situation's challenge for the week and Paper Playtime's challenge of using 3 pattern papers.  I will also be entering this card over at My Creative Time for the fall color challenge.  I used Create-A-Critter for the little squirrel and the acorns in the corners, the small leaves are from a Recollection's punch and my "AUTUMN" sticker is from The Paper Studio's Harvest Time Cardstock Stickers.  I used some We R Memory Keepers Baker's Twine and popped up the corner acorns and my wood grain paper mat with some foam tape.  I love Fall and am so excited to start creating more cards for the season!
